Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands.
They are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team with essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to completing tasks. The initial engagement is for six weeks, focused on data entry into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system, with the possibility of an extension into a longer-term contract featuring broader administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and organize data into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars as needed.
Process invoices and prepare expense reports.
Provide support with drafting announcements and general correspondence.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
What They're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A meticulous approach to data entry and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Oracle iExpense and MarkView is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule: This role combines in-office (Chicago) and remote work.
Growth Opportunity: While the initial focus is on data entry, this position may evolve into a longer-term role with expanded responsibilities for the right candidate.
