Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front desk operations, support administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and team members. This role is in-office and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments.
Greet and register visitors.
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, including ordering food and assisting with logistics.
Provide administrative support, including small projects and event preparation.
Monitor lobby security, issue visitor badges, and maintain a visitor logbook.
Act as a backup for corporate office reception and assist with light office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of receptionist or office administration experience (open to industry).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, strong organizational and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
