Manage multiple calendars includes creating, deleting and updating meetings and events and assist customers in prioritizing their daily schedules.
Develop and support briefing materials and presentations.
General administrative responsibilities (i.e. phone coverage, scan, FedEx, internal mail).
Maintain organizational charts in Visio.
Process and track purchase orders and manage the area's inventory of supplies.
Provide back-up support to other admins within at own initiative or as requested, perform other ad-hoc duties assignments and projects, as necessary.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate several calendars and schedule a high-volume of internal and external meetings; work independently and follow through to resolve day-to-day administrative matters.
