Job Description:

Responsible for:
  • Oversee the facilities and operations of the entire office
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors
  • Manage office buildouts, renovations, and any relocations necessary
  • Liaise with multiple departments across the firm
  • Undertake other duties/special projects as requested

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant facilities management experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently

The annual base salary range is $80k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
