About the Role:
As an Outplacement Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our outplacement services, ensuring quality and compliance across our processes. This role combines administrative expertise with a passion for helping individuals succeed. You'll work closely with coaches, team leads, and other professionals to deliver exceptional career transition support.
What You'll Do:
Support the Team: Collaborate with coaches and team leads on individual and group projects, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage Resources: Oversee the outplacement dashboard to monitor job postings, participant engagement, and employer partner activities.
Be a Point of Contact: Welcome career center visitors with a friendly demeanor, manage incoming calls, and ensure accurate communication across teams.
Database Management: Maintain and update talent databases, keeping candidate information current and organized.
Coordinate Activities: Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions for participants and employer partners.
Foster Connections: Assist with job fairs, candidate marketing initiatives, and resume development to support participants.
Provide Insights: Prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of career transition services and identify improvement opportunities.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends to provide relevant support to participants.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in recruitment, career coaching, or workforce development is a plus.
