Role Description
This is a Full-time/Hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Ross Infrastructure Development. The role is located in Solana Beach, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as drafting meeting agendas, taking meeting notes, formatting Word and PowerPoint documents, date entry and formatting in Excel, producing and tracking invoices and payments, assisting with preparing proposals, organizing files, and managing the company's website and social media presence.
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative assistant or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
Very strong Excel skills (VLookup, Pivot Tables, graphs/charts, etc.)
Very strong PowerPoint skills (Charts graphs, thinkcell, etc.)
Very strong MS Word skills to support proposal production and technical document writing and formatting.
Must be self-directed, detail oriented and proactive with good organizational skills.
Education
A high school degree or equivalent is required
Currently studying or completed degree in finance, accounting, civil/environmental engineering, construction management, or related field a plus, but not required.
