Customer Success Specialist - Wheeling, IL

$25 - $29/per hour plus benefits

Job Responsibilities:
  • Continuously learn our products, understand the services and products that we offer
  • Manage customer calls, inquiries, and product specifications
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot the products they have purchased when not performing accordingly
  • Analyze problems and provide information or solutions
  • Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
  • Update and manage CRM for all assigned accounts
  • Research CRM system to identify potential customers and aid in business development
  • Provide external and internal customers with requested information
  • Update and maintain product data library
  • Act as customer contact regarding pricing, order status, quality, scheduling & shipping

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of technical support with equipment not software required
  • Experience troubleshooting/problem-solving
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
  • Experience with any CRM is preferred
