RATE: $45-$55 BOE

Projects:
Migrating loan population to a new platform, moving loan population to a new division, ensuring business processes are setup, ensuring compliance, ensure the loan reporting is done correctly
Review and update all procedures, establish a new governance, business readiness. Migration to the cloud.
Budget $500,000+/-, big variety
Team location- GLC (Tues, Wed, Thurs onsite)
Financial Services Project Management experience
IT or process implementation/automation/updating technology for a process/optimization
Waterfall Project Management
Agile Project Management (to help the team move towards Agile)
MS Project/Monday.com, Excel similar tool
Create & build project plan
Creating & maintaining project schedules
Banking regulations- anything consumer lending related is preferred
PowerPoint, Excel- proficient
Support 2-4 projects
Requirements
Navigate cross functional process
4-5 impact business areas
Ensuring the business areas are setup for success
Tech is well tested & implemented
RAID logs, Creating project charter, create project plan, document key project resources, weekly project calls, weekly status updates, detailing requirements needs for the project, understanding success metrics
PMP
If the project is heavy IT, they will work with a Tech PM
Soft skills- professional, articulate, good communication, organization, attention to detail, cannot work at a slow pace, have effective conversations, manage a large group (20-30pple on the call), deal with conflict in a healthy way, comfortable obtaining updates from a high volume of people in the meetings
