The Senior Project Manager will oversee and execute large construction projects, with a focus on excellence in safety, quality, profitability, scheduling, and communication. This role is responsible for promoting a healthy team culture, ensuring project success, maximizing customer satisfaction, and achieving strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Team Management: Direct and hold team members accountable, building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
Project Execution: Prepare and present project cost estimates, manage contracts, assign team roles based on skill and availability, develop job and safety plans, and obtain necessary permits.
Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and communicate project schedules, manage budgets, approve vendor invoices, and oversee change orders.
Financial Oversight: Monitor monthly cost projections, handle project billing, and ensure timely payment. Collaborate on warranties and project closeout.
Client & Team Collaboration: Facilitate pre-construction, startup, and progress meetings with clients and team members to review project scope, schedule, and safety plans. Support weekly subcontractor meetings.
