Summary

The Truck Service Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting TravelCenters of America's Truck Service Training Department in all its operations and programs. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly training classes, special events, mobile training coordination, LMS management, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage communications and inquiries between field and training teams.
  • Partner with Amex Travel team to set up, update or unwind travel arrangements as needed for In-Person Training and Mobile Training Program participants.
  • Communicate final training and travel arrangements to field personnel following standardized process.
  • Manage per diem card process ensuring training participants have funds for covered expenses.
  • Maintain company credit card and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage the Truck Service Learning and Development shared mailbox daily, triaging emails, forwarding appropriately, responding promptly to requests for information and answering questions.
  • Document processes worked, identify potential improvements, track process issues and partner with Technical Training Manager to complete root cause analysis to positively affect work efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute reports for Training Center programs to communicate program impact and learner performance.
  • Ensure bp's safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the Believe in Zero safety philosophy.

Qualifications
  • Three years of administrative experience within the Truck Service business is preferred.
  • Welcoming communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Office365 software, specifically Excel.

Pay Range
