o Ensure Campaign Hub is up to date with events details, as they are created or changed
o Partner with Field Marketing Manager to create Webex spaces for upcoming events, tactics
or programs, and ensure every stakeholder is included for action & visibility
o Support the Field Marketing Managers with space posts and other messages for
opportunity impact before and after each event
o Manage & track registrations for events in flight; create & maintain related SFDC Reports
o Plan on-site organization & operations including, but not limited to signage, parking/valet,
name badges, check-in table and process, etc. • Support run-the-business operations for Field Marketing
o Maintain all resource docs for Field Marketing processes
o Manage bi-weekly, monthly, and Quarterly Business Review decks and reporting
o Populate Event Details in Event Overview document for leadership updates
o Upload attendee lists to SFDC after each event/activation
o Maintain all team templates for Pre-Event, Know Before You Go, and Event Recaps
Qualifications • 3+ years of experience with as-a-service businesses and Field Marketing • Tenacious in follow ups, excellent in influencing delivery without authority • Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain multiple programs and projects at once, meet
deadlines, work with a team, and work individually with limited guidance • Desire to learn, connect the dots, understand how the overall business and strategy is impacted
by individual tasks and deliverables and ability to pivot and respond to changing priorities• Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, esp. PowerPoint and SharePoint, and SFDC reports
and dashboards • Understanding of Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Event
