Love bringing order to creative chaos? The Project Manager is responsible for managing internal IDEOLOGY projects through the Workamajig platform and client projects through Workfront, ensuring efficient project execution, resource utilization, and timeline adherence. This solution-oriented role serves as a key client liaison, managing relationships while delivering successful project outcomes. This position reports to the Project Management Team Lead and works collaboratively with all IDEOLOGY teams to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead client meetings and status updates
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction
  • Propose creative solutions to meet client objectives
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

Project Management & Execution
  • Manage multiple internal projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules in Workamajig and Workfront
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or roadblocks to PM Team Lead
  • Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and specifications
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
  • Maintain project budgets and resources
  • Develop innovative solutions to project challenges

Project Management Systems
  • Utilize Workamajig for internal project management activities
  • Manage certain client projects through Workfront platform
  • Generate and distribute project reports and updates from both systems
  • Follow established templates and workflows in both platforms
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and resource allocation
  • Support system optimization efforts
  • Maintain proficiency in both Workamajig and Workfront
  • Navigate between systems effectively based on client requirements

Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production and Post-Production teams
  • Coordinate with the Creative team on review schedules and resources
  • Facilitate communication between different departments
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all team members
  • Foster collaborative problem-solving across teams

Process
  • Follow established PM standard operating procedures
  • Utilize approved project templates and workflows
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain consistency in project setup and execution
  • Suggest and implement efficiency improvements

Resource Coordination
  • Monitor team capacity and availability
  • Coordinate resource needs with PM Team Lead
  • Identify potential resource conflicts
  • Help manage freelancer relationships when needed

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with project management software (Workamajig and/or Workfront experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in creative or production environments
  • Adaptability to learn and work with multiple project management platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a creative agency
  • Previous experience with Workamajig and/or Workfront
  • Knowledge of production and post-production workflows
