Experience/Skills: • Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Retail Banking • Extensive change management experience leading large-scale projects end to end, preferably gained within a consulting background • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain engagement throughout the entirety of the program • Experience of organising and conducting workshops to develop requirements and solutions • Experience of documenting and tracking deliverables and provide accurate status updates to various audiences • Experience of defining and documenting Target Operating models covering processes, roles and responsibilities • Experience in delivering and leading the implementation of processes at scale impacting the organization as a whole or large portfolios of customers • Experience in delivering or exposure to transformation / re-engineering projects would be a plus
