The ideal candidate will be responsible in working collaboratively with the project team to ensure project success from start to finish. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Information and document tracking and distribution
  • Collaborate in maintaining project schedules and managing deadlines
  • Liaise subcontractor services and scheduling
  • Project administrative support
  • Project startup and closeout coordination
  • Effectively communicate project progress to team

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction industry experience
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong sense of initiative and accountability
  • Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
