The Project Manager will deliver extraordinary customer service experience through the development of relationships and utilization of proactive management strategies, while controlling costs and promoting efficiencies. The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities on designated projects from the point of sale to completion to ensure that the projects are accomplished on time and in conformance with all the terms and conditions of the contracts. In addition, he/she will serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating both internal and external communication.

Responsibilities
Develop trusted, professional relationships with clients to support organizational value proposition.
Act as the primary point of contact, responsible for the planning and facilitation of all actions required for the effective fulfilment of designated projects from the point of sale to completion, while ensuring conformance with all the terms and conditions of the contracts.
Deliver timely and effective solutions and advisements, etc. to ensure project remains on and/or exceed schedule.
Support volume sales model through fast and effective production and delivery. Identify opportunities to collaborate with internal teams to improve and/or expedite the completion or projects.
Manage designated backlog to always ensure database accuracy, reporting all changes as they arise.
Responsible for pricing accuracy, clearly communicating any changes, and obtaining acknowledgement/acceptance. Initiate and command resolution in the event of error, variance, etc. to protect margin contribution.
Qualifications
Required Skills
8+ years' experience in a Project Manager/Coordinator role
Experience in stormwater/drainage/water quality/water resources required, civil engineering background preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction plans / blueprints, details, bid documents, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan or StackIt
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizations skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a Team Environment
Proficiency in mathematics, drafting and/or data analysis
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Concrete and/or Construction Management helpful
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Mid 80's -100K
