About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist will contribute to core HR functions critical to maintaining an efficient and engaged workforce. This role involves:
Employee Support: Leading onboarding initiatives, facilitating training programs, and guiding employees through workplace concerns.
HR Administration: Managing payroll, benefits coordination, and policy implementation.
Safety and Compliance: Supporting safety initiatives and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards.
Strategic Collaboration: Working with the HR Manager and operational leaders to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings analytical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a productive workplace. Desired qualifications include:
Experience: 1-5 years in HR; internships or entry-level experience in HR are welcomed.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English. (Debe ser bilingüe español/inglés).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (HR focus preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications: SHRM credentials (PHR/SPHR) are advantageous but not mandatory.
