What You'll Do: As a Credit Officer, you will dive deep into the world of credit risk, evaluating innovative proposals such as CLO warehouse and lending facilities, capital call facilities, and ABS warehouse/lending facilities. You will be at the forefront of assessing risk, ensuring our bank continues to thrive while managing potential challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting thorough credit analyses and risk assessments on structured credit and securitized product proposals.
Analyzing credit agreements and structures, performing stress tests to evaluate proposed collateral.
Identifying and clearly communicating potential risks and positive attributes of each proposal to support business growth while safeguarding against credit loss.
Engaging in due diligence calls or site visits, representing Natixis with professionalism and integrity.
Crafting comprehensive risk opinions and analyses, presenting compelling cases to senior management and credit committees.
Collaborating with bankers and originators to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of your analysis.
Monitoring our existing Credit Market portfolio, paying close attention to early warning signs of credit risk deterioration.
Staying informed about industry trends and macroeconomic factors that could impact our portfolio, proactively recommending adjustments as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years for VP/ 12 years for Director of experience in credit analysis or risk management, preferably within financial institutions or structured finance.
A strong understanding of structured credit products and securitization, coupled with proven experience in due diligence processes and credit agreement analysis.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting intricate information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks is a plus.
Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk identification, along with a commitment to continuous learning and industry engagement.

The salary range for the VP level position will be between $140,000 - $185,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the Director level position will be between $180,000 - $205,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
