Major Responsibilities
Production planning
Material flow planning in cooperation with the logistics planning department
Workplace design and Specification in cooperation with HQ / Ergonomics
Generating Value Stream Maps, flow diagrams, production layouts
Involvement in the development and introduction of new techniques
Involvement in designing customer articles in a manner that is suitable for production
Generation of and involvement in process FMEAs
Fixture planning in cooperation with the relevant technical departments
Determining the required secondary equipment
Generating specifications for secondary equipment, special machines
Construction monitoring, acceptance and production launch of the secondary equipment
Project work
Tasks as Sub-Project Manager
Due date and cost control
Project documentation
Planning and execution of ratio / optimization projects
Involvement in the design FMEA
Generating process sequences with the help of QA (test plans)
Lean Manufacturing - Toyota Production System - Poka Yoke
Continuous Improvement
Ergonomics
English / German and/or Spanish will be advantage
1 +/- years of experience in related field
