The EHSS Program Manager position is part of the Operations team, reporting to the Quality Director. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success and is applicable in all Process Technology sites. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
Responsible for the creation and implementation of environmental programs that ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements
Responsible for all environmental reporting requirements
Responsible for the creation and implementation of safety programs and systems that provide a workplace that is free of recognized hazards
Conduct routine audits and analysis to monitor health of current programs, making recommendations and driving improvements to EHSS programs
Work with agency representatives when necessary, acting as first point of contact for reporting, inquiries, and investigations, as applicable
Responsible for the daily management and continuous improvement of all associated PT programs to support the corporate vision and commitment to safety and the environment
Primary Incident Command in cooperation with operations and talent management
Assist with Ohio/Wisconsin BWC injury/illness claims including investigation and follow-up
Responsible for all PT green Initiatives that support the overall corporate vision and commitment to environmental initiatives which includes the tracking as well as potential reduction of emissions to land, air, and water
Drive improvements with Corporate Environment, Social, and Governance initiatives as determined by leadership and in alignment with customer and agency expectations
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
5+ years of previous experience in creating and managing Safety, Health, and Environmental programs
Corporate Governance and Sustainability experience preferred
Safety experience in a manufacturing environment required
Travel required to support Wisconsin location (approximately once every quarter)
