A respected leader in coaching for professionals and executives is seeking a Practice and Operations Manager to support the coaching team.
Responsibilities include; manage comprehensive client information and create detailed reports,
Proactively manage multiple schedules, oversee bookkeeping and invoicing process,
Act as a point of contact for clients, oversee office inventory and data management.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a practice management, operations or executive assistant role, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills. Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing and expense management software.
Salary $85-104k DOE. Benefit support if needed.
This role required 4 days on site and one day working remotely each week.
