Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Lead, direct, and manage all property operations. Maintain regular presence throughout the site.
  • Prepare plans and strategies to ensure the maximization of location performance.
  • Create and develop goals and operational strategies for the operations that are aligned with the brand.
  • Analyze and identify financial opportunities including cost controls, productivity levels, and revenue generation.
  • Evaluate condition of equipment at the location and conduct analysis for capital expenditure needs.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, service and financial measurements.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and deliver recognition and rewards.
  • Promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate global programs, implement new products and procedures, and discuss areas of opportunities, special events, and other activities.
  • Ensure brand and business initiatives are implemented.
  • Oversee and direct the daily operations for all operational departments.
  • Design and implement training for departments to exceed service standards and operational standards as set by the brand.
  • Ensure an extraordinary experience and create loyalty to the brand by exceeding expectations through exceptional service and product quality.
  • Monitor quality assurance program scores and guest feedback.
  • Maintain presence in property during peak business periods.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, owners, and investors.
  • Develop positive relationships within the business and social community.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in service & travel industry, including 5 years at the executive management level
