About the Role:
The client I am partnered with is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the construction of hyperscale data centers in Cincinnati. This role requires the ability to manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on-site. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction are met. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in data center construction. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA are a plus.
