This is a part-time on-site role as an Assistant to the Manager at Affordable Self-Storage, LLC in Rocky Mount, NC. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Manager in daily operations, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with customer inquiries and customer service. The assistant will be responsible for renting, maintaining and cleaning the units upon move-outs. You will be responsible for posting payments in Quickbooks and billing customers.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus
Use of Quickbooks and Credit Card Machine is a plus
