OPTYO is seeking a versatile Marketing Operations Associate Intern with a primary focus on email marketing to join our team. In addition to managing email campaigns and workflows, this role will play a crucial part in affiliate partnerships and organic strategy/content development. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with a passion for marketing and a knack for driving engagement and results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns and workflows for clients across various industries.
Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action, tailored to the target audience and campaign objectives
Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign deployment, including list segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing to optimize performance and deliverability.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and photographers to develop compelling content for organic, social media, and advertisement purposes.
Understand and effectively communicate the content packages offered to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and expectations.
Manage communication channels between the company, clients, and affiliate partners, ensuring prompt delivery and feedback.
Coordinate timelines and deadlines for content production, email campaigns, and affiliate promotions to meet client expectations and project milestones.
Manage organic social calendars for clients, create engaging social media posts using graphic editing tools, and actively engage with social followings on client pages.
Qualifications:
Has completed or is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous internship or classroom experience in digital marketing and/ or email marketing.
Strong understanding of design principles with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, audience-specific messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, with the ability to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and build relationships with clients, team members, and affiliate partners.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in email marketing strategies.
