Position: IT Product Owner/Project Manager
Location: Fully onsite in Juno Beach FL
Duration: Contract to Hire
Rate Range: $50-60 per hour
Position Overview:
This Product Owner will be supporting a major SaaS implementation project.
This resource will oversee the implementation, integration, and management of a Land Management SaaS solution purchased from Irth Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives, drives efficiency, and meets the operational needs of our land management operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SaaS applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Once the SaaS solution is fully implemented this resource will be the "owner" of the platform and run point on any changes, upgrades, new integrations, etc
Requirements:
5+ years of Technical Product Owner and/or Project Management
Jira
Experience supporting a SaaS implementation or integration project
Experience working with 3rd party vendors
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the utilities/energy industry
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Solution Implementation and Integration:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Irth Solutions Land Management SaaS solution, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, configure the solution, and perform data migration.
Ensure seamless integration of the SaaS solution with other enterprise systems, such as GIS, ERP, and CRM platforms.
Application Management and Optimization:Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Irth Solutions Land Management SaaS application.
Monitor application performance, usage, and functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and delivers value.
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements, working with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support:Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring the application supports their objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the application and understand its features and benefits.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices for the Irth Solutions SaaS application.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of land management operations.
Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methodologies that drive innovation within the land management function."
