We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Junior Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to our project. As a Junior Solution Architect, you will support senior architects and technical teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions. Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and technical standards while maintaining security and scalability.
Work with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, contribute to workshops, and support customizations for modules like CRM and ERP.
Assist in developing strategies for integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and ensure data accuracy and smooth data flow between platforms.
Support technical teams by providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with senior architects, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers to keep projects on track.
Contribute to creating and maintaining solution roadmaps for future Dynamics 365 implementations, aligning them with business goals and evolving technology trends.
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards such as GDPR and HIPAA, supporting the implementation of governance models to manage technical risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback, communicate technical concepts effectively, and recommend improvements to enhance business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Finance, Operations) in supporting implementations.
Basic understanding of Azure and cloud-based architectures, with the ability to support secure and scalable solutions.
Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including basic knowledge of data migration and APIs.
Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with development teams to support Dynamics 365 implementations.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies to support iterative project development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate for enhancing Dynamics 365 functionality.
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira for project tracking and reporting.
Experience working in public sector environments, especially in social services or child welfare.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
Basic understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA and security best practices.
Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with legacy systems to ensure smooth workflows.
