Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological development and strategy of our industrial software platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, industrial automation, and digital transformation. The CTO will oversee the design, development, and deployment of our software platform, driving innovation, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy:

1. Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

2. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

Software Development:

1. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of industrial software solutions.

2. Ensure software quality, scalability, reliability, and security.

3. Foster a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.

Team Management:

1. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

2. Attract, retain, and develop top talent in software development, data science, and IT.

3. Promote innovation, experimentation, and learning within the team.

Industrial Automation Expertise:

1. Deep understanding of industrial control systems, IoT, and automation technologies.

2. Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, EtherNet/IP).

3. Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity best practices.

Digital Transformation:

1. Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technologies like AI, ML, and cloud computing.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitalization.

3. Develop strategies for data analytics, visualization, and decision support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Communicate technical vision and strategy to non-technical stakeholders.

2. Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry leaders.

3. Represent the company in industry conferences, events, and standards organizations.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in software development, industrial automation, or related fields.

- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, managing engineering teams.

- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects.

Skills:

- Programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python).

- Industrial automation protocols and standards.

- Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Data analytics and visualization technologies.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with industrial software platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation).

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62443).
