Location: Primarily remote , potentially onsite 1 day every couple of weeks in Boston, MA
Duration: 12 month contract with extensions
Pay range: $70/hr - $75/hr
Insight Global is looking for a technical project manager to support and identify the technical, business, and financial requirements for implementing and maintaining a Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) technology software integration. The goal of such integration is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SCSEP enrollment, case management, training and ultimately placement into permanent employment. The reason for the integration is to compile the required program eligibility documentation and data to become more accessible for the annual federal mandated reporting analysis. The report is information on enrollees medical profiles, social security information, state & federal immigration status, and more. The goal of the integration is to create a user-friendly interaction, a seamless online enrolling process and where all of the applicable record management data can be stored.
The team is looking for an individual who has prior experience planning a strategic process for a software integration, preferably for a state or healthcare environment. Someone who has knowledge of writing a project proposals and determining budget needs, outlining project integration timelines, and working with various procurement services will excel in this specific position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
Prior experience overseeing a software service integration or implementation
Experience using SharePoint, MS Forms and Adobe and/or has overseen an implementation of these tools
Experience working on technical projects in a cloud software, preferably AWS
Background with a project specific to data strategy or data warehouse
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
