Point of contact to provide desk-side in-person support as well as support for remote users. Works directly with users to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions following IT best practices.
Primary Responsibilities: • Build and deploy PCs to end users and manufacturing workstations. • Proactively manage IT inventory for hardware and peripherals • Perform analysis of root causes for break/fix issues • Work with peers to provide technical training, guidance, and resource support for end users and departmental staff • Provide hardware and application support • Evaluate reported incidents and provide triage or escalation services • Work with peers to develop user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of application systems.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Computer Science or I.T.with an ability and desire to learn quickly and grow with the Company.
