Kelly Technology/Softworld is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Technician (Level II) to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting 200-300+ end-users, possess basic network troubleshooting and have experience supporting mobile devices and tablets. Candidates should also be available for travel to West Virginal and Ohio sites 1-2 times per month/as needed.
The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for, but limited to: hardware deployments, racking equipment, networking, answering calls and working tickets. You will also help support windows environments, mobile devices, active directory management, and O365 management.
Requirements • 5+ years Desktop support experience (Windows, Active Directory, O365) • Prior experience as field tech is plus • Strong communication skills • Mobile device and tablet support (MDM) • Networking troubleshooting
