A leading organization is seeking an experienced Functional HRIT Business Analyst to join their IT team, based in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on providing functional expertise for HRIT projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance HR systems and processes. This is a critical position within a larger IT team supporting HR technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with HR and IT teams to support and drive HRIT projects.
Act as a functional expert on SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) and ADP, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Lead workshops for requirements gathering, process design, and solution recommendations.
Provide input on system enhancements and improvements to optimize HR operations.
Serve as the liaison between HR process owners and technical teams.
Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of system updates.
What We're Looking For:
Strong functional knowledge of HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP.
Proven ability to manage and support HRIT projects as part of an IT team.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and functional documentation.
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
