Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UX Architect to join a dynamic team with a leading client in Atlanta. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment. As a key member of the team, you will lead the full UX process-driving product discovery, conducting user research, developing information architecture, creating prototypes, and contributing to visual design. The UX Architect will work closely with product and engineering leaders to ensure the development of innovative digital products that meet user needs while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full UX design process, from product discovery to strategy and execution.
Conduct user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Develop and maintain information architecture for seamless user experiences.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Advocate for user experience improvements across the organization, providing thought leadership and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and other stakeholders) to deliver customer-centric digital products and features.
Ensure alignment of designs with business objectives while meeting user needs.
Key Requirements:
User Research Experience: Strong background in user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions.
Information Architecture: Proven ability to create and maintain intuitive information structures and user flows.
Prototyping: Extensive experience creating prototypes and wireframes for web and mobile applications.

4-6 years of experience in UX design, preferably within an Agile environment.
