Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support one of our largest clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
5 years of experience in software development in test (SDET) within the software development field.
Experience in automation testing for a variety of areas, including microservices, integration and regression testing, working with AWS environments and tools, Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), load testing, shell scripting, data integrity, and ensuring service compliance.
Advanced skills in Python
Proven experience in leading test coordination efforts across multiple teams and business units.
Desired:
Front-end development experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards, measures, and tools for new applications, products, or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Serve as a quality advocate or coach between Quality Engineering and Agile/Delivery teams, helping engineers ensure that software design meets user requirements and quality specifications.
Provide support in the quality implementation of various applications from both a user and technical perspective.
