Direct client -Kronos Workforce Analyst, Columbus, OH - Hybrid
UKGPro Implementation
As part of the project, assist in all testing in both UAT, parallel, and any other additional testing. In addition, assist in day to day operations within the module. This position will assist the lead, Matt Farnsworth, in creating and enforcing system-based policies specific to Kronos (WFC & UKG Pro). This helps to ensure consistent and effective Kronos usage across the enterprise. In collaboration with the lead, this position will meet with business owners to review current requirements and gather additional input for enhancements and issues (bugs). This keeps the system updated and tailored to evolving business needs, enhancing efficiency. This position helps to develop, document, and submit requests for system changes, and enhancements. This helps to provide structured updates, ensuring traceability in project and system improvements. This position helps to manage and design configurations (e.g. MKDs, hyper-finds) in support of WFC, and the upcoming UKG Pro. This is important to ensure accurate data handling and views which is vital for operational efficiency.
Skills:
Work Experience combination of Kronos Workforce Central, and Kronos Dimensions.
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Experience with large workforce use of Kronos (i.e. over 10,000 employees).
Experience supporting Kronos for union/bargaining unit workforce.
Integration to PeopleSoft Application o Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Writing WFC Custom reports
Kronos application / SR experience (WFC 8.0 or higher)
WFC Configuration and alignment with Organization Pay Rules
Configuration and support of Activities module, including WIM Interface design and deployment.
Configuration and support of Advanced Scheduler module, including WIM Interface design and deployment.
Time Clock Management
o Intouch 9000, 9100 o Series 4500
WFC Mobile Application Support
WFC Tablet Application Support for Accessibility / visually impaired.
