Job Description:
Location: Orlando, FL - position is onsite
Duration: 3 to 4 month contract with permanent potential based on performance
Pay: $20-23/hr - paid weekly on W2
Position Summary:
- Expected to deliver exceptional customer service
- Responsible for interacting and servicing our clients with any technical problem they are experiencing.
- Be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing their problems
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 4+ years of IT Support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification is a must
