We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Valuations Project Manager to support the successful execution of technology and operational projects. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop and maintain key documentation, and provide critical operational support to ensure project goals are met on time. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft and refine documentation for technology and operational initiatives.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and process maps for the valuations business units.
Deliver weekly status updates to senior management, highlighting risks to project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with various business units to ensure timely receipt of materials and deliverables needed to meet project deadlines.
Provide operational support to business leaders by generating reports, analyzing data, and creating essential documentation.
Create and maintain internal tracking documents to support audits and operational processes.
Prepare presentations, meeting notes, memos, and training materials to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Organize and coordinate small to mid-sized group events, including meetings and team activities.
Design and manage organizational charts, standard operating procedure (SOP) templates, project plans, and other operational tools.
Develop training materials by observing and documenting current workflows and best practices.
Conduct time and process studies to evaluate and validate project return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
Proven ability to learn quickly and manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting operational and technology projects across various business functions.
General knowledge of legal documents such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and General Addenda.
Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
Cooperative, professional, and diplomatic in all interactions.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
