Position Overview:
As an IT Project Engineer at DivergeIT, you will be responsible for managing and executing various IT projects, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365 solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to travel to client sites as needed to ensure successful project implementation.
What You Will Do:
Provide Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, Avigilon Alta, and Microsoft 365 Project Engineering Support.
Follow established directions and procedures for project execution.
Engage in analysis and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
Maintain regular customer interaction via phone, email, teams/zoom, or in-person to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with peers to enhance service delivery and project outcomes.
Utilize PowerShell and shell scripting to automate and streamline processes.
Experience:
Experience working on projects
At least 5 years of IT Experience.
Certifications:
MD-102: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator
SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services.
Proficiency in PowerShell and shell scripting.
Experience with Cisco Meraki and networking fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and lead projects to completion.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
