This position is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing training development programs for the company by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hiring:
Vets incoming resumes according to the immediate needs of the company.
Conducts initial pre-screen with potential applicants.
Reviews "Pre-screened" potential applicants with Chief Pilot and/or D.O
Schedules and conducts interviews with applicant and Management team and follow-up calls if necessary.
Reviews Pilot records pulled from PRD post-interview for red flags / violations prior to extending an offer of employment.
Tracks and maintains compliance with the Pilot PRIA program (NDR, CHRC, FAA Records, Training records) for all new hires.
Training:
Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs or changes in policies and/or procedures.
Monitor New hire training progress and CTS completion
Administer company Indoc for all new hires
Upload and maintain all training documents into PRD and maintain pilot records in Jet Insight.
Perform Ground school training
Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, training aids, and other
educational materials.
Track and schedule upcoming/recurrent training due
Maintain compliance with Company Drug & Alcohol policy including pre-employments, Qrtly random pulls.
Track and maintain Pilot KCM badges.
