We're in search of a Logistics Trade Analyst to support the Americas North Trade Operations - Export Operations Team; and will also be responsible for validating export filing information and executing export (EEI) filing transaction using ONESOURCE, Client's trade management application. The role will help the employee develop their trade compliance knowledge and experience and facilitate the export of Client shipment.

Status: Hybrid
Daily Schedule:M, Tu, W 6:30 am - 7pm, Sat 8 am - 12 pm (work from home option for Saturday).
Job Description:
Summary:
- The main function of a logistics planning analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
- A typical planning analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- This role will support the Americas North Trade Operations - Export Operations Team. This role will be responsible for validating export filing information and executing export (EEI) filing transaction using ONESOURCE, Client's trade management application. This role will assist with defect investigation and resolution, actioning compliance flags, and confirming filing details with freight forwarders.

Education & Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years related experience required.
Technical Skills

- Proficient in MS Office suite including MS Excel (vlookup & pivot tables)

Disqualifiers/Red Flags:

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $27-28/hour
