Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns with accuracy and care.
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits data.
Learn and assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Required: Proven experience in benefits administration.
Preferred: Exposure to payroll processing (not required-training will be provided!).
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems (or willingness to learn).
