What You'll Do:
As an Interior Design and Project Management Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our creative process.
Here's what your role will entail:
Technical Skills: Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D models. Design construction drawings
creation may include floor plans, elevation, and furniture layouts. Renderings from as built design to remodel design for clients. Design & create to scale 2-D and 3-D outdoor spaces and amenities for airbnb style backyards.
Qualifications:
? Interior design,
Construction management, Architecture, or a related degree required.
? Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, In Design and SketchUp.
Knowledge of 2020.
? Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
? Excellent communication (spoken and written) and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of short-term rental design a plus.
? Prior design and/or project management experience a plus.
? Strong willingness to learn engage in our design projects is essential.

This is a contract on-site role for a 3D & CAD Designer at Solstizio Studios & Design, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves creating 3D models, designs, and CAD drawings, collaborating with teams to execute design projects, and ensuring designs meet specifications and requirements.
Qualifications
