Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $90,000- $100,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
Position Summary: The Executive Relations Director is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team. This dynamic position serves as an essential strategic and operational partner, and requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and proactively provide support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires spanning internal and external boundaries and skillful shifting between tactical implementation to strategic advising and influencing.
General Responsibilities:
Organize and leverage the CEO's time effectively, driving and executing strategic calendaring; handle detailed meeting coordination, schedule, and maintain all calendar items with the primary objective of optimizing the CEO's time.
Attend meetings and events alongside or in the representation of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-up on all action items.
Draft communications as needed, such as email, reports, and other documents.
Arrange detailed domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and related logistics.
Manage relations with Board Members, acting as a liaison for the CEO.
Facilitate adherence to organizational policies and procedures for Board-related activities.
Prepare and contribute to strategic briefings, presentations, talking points, and other materials for the CEO in relation to Board agenda items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
6-8 years of professional experience in administrative support role with a strong focus on organizational support, communication, and planning.
Proven track record in supporting executive leadership, fostering strong relationships, spearheading initiatives, and implementing strategic visions.
