Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Director of Regulatory Compliance (NERC). This role can be onsite or remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance and strategic direction of the NERC compliance program.
Develop and implement tools, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with NERC GO/GOP and TO standards.
Lead and manage a compliance team to meet regulatory requirements, including audits, certifications, evidence preparation, and mitigation plans.
Monitor evolving Reliability Standards, assess impacts, and ensure readiness for new/modified requirements.
Set program goals, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks while fostering awareness and training across the fleet.
Build relationships with industry associations, regulators, and internal stakeholders to support compliance and business objectives.
Integrate tools and processes for efficient compliance monitoring and documentation.
Support NERC-CIP program implementation in collaboration with the security team.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in management, including 5+ years leading NERC compliance programs.
Skills: Expertise in compliance program design, risk mitigation, and internal controls; strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills; proficiency in relevant software.
Knowledge: Extensive understanding of power generation operations and NERC standards (GO/GOP and TO).
Ability to travel as required.
