The SAP Manufacturing manager will take ownership of leading the design, development, and delivery of all Manufacturing related products. The role involves managing a team of members, consisting of both permanent employees and contractors, leading the team, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring functional and process excellence to meet all program requirements and milestones.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team, including direct reports, external partners, and teams outside of direct reporting to implement best-in-class SAP Platform solutions and change processes
Provide oversight and governance for process design, build, testing, and deployment within SAP platforms in specific areas and legacy platforms.
Lead to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops
Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams such as Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.
Strong Leadership capabilities and people management skills are required to engage, mentor, coach and grow the team
Required Qualifications:
Education - BS/MS degree.
Overall experience of 15-20 years as SAP Manager leading PM, QM and MM.
Experience implementing S/4 HANA global project and 2-3 full cycle implementation.
Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
Consulting background would be preferred
Strong executive presence and leadership identify; ability to build and lead across functional global and geography-based teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
