The team at HireAlliance is excited to partner with a client in the Travel and Tourism industry in their search for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and grow its recruitment strategy.
This role will play a pivotal part in executing and evolving the company's talent acquisition strategies to support the company's ambitious growth and virtualization plans for 2025.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, overseeing the existing recruiter and scaling the team in alignment with company growth goals.
Execute on existing TA strategies, focusing on high-volume recruitment for the call center and customer service roles.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
Build out a comprehensive TA program, optimizing processes, tools, and team performance.
Monitor and analyze TA metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
Make data-driven decisions to identify underperformance and implement necessary changes.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of building and scaling talent acquisition programs.
Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategies for call center or customer service environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and improving recruitment metrics.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to make tough but necessary decisions to ensure team performance.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
