What You'll Be Doing

As a Logistical Project Manager in Boston, you'll be at the forefront of managing intricate logistical and warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Here's a glimpse into your responsibilities:

  • Logistical and Warehouse Management: Oversee all aspects of logistical operations, including transport, lifting, and warehouse management, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead large, multi-functional teams, fostering collaboration and commitment to project success.
  • EHS Commitment: Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules and regulations.
  • Communication Excellence: Serve as the central communication hub, ensuring clarity and alignment across all project levels.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement mitigation plans to address potential risks and challenges proactively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Port and Site Operations: Manage site mobilization and constructability efforts, with a focus on port operations and multinational workforce collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on quality, identifying and addressing potential failures and defects before they arise.
  • Commercial Contracts: Apply working knowledge of commercial contracts to manage projects effectively.

Who You Are

You're a seasoned logistics professional passionate about delivering excellence. You bring:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in logistical project management and warehouse management.
  • Deep knowledge of transport and lifting regulations.
  • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
  • A commitment to EHS standards and a track record of fostering safety-first environments.
  • Working knowledge of commercial contracts, site mobilization, and constructability.
  • Experience in port operations and collaborating with multinational teams.
  • A proactive, quality-focused mindset with strong risk management skills.
