Our goal is to leverage our extensive customer database of over 125K accounts, with the aim of developing robust plumbing, water heater, and HVAC programs, enhancing our business value by securing long-term recurring revenue.
We are seeking a motivated services Director with entrepreneurial aspirations to spearhead the development of new and existing company divisions. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a critical business unit with substantial support and existing resources.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of FEWA Home Services will have overall P&L responsibility for this program, with the intention of turning this function into a prominent component of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of our plumbing, HVAC, and service revenue programs.
Utilize our current customer database to identify growth opportunities and drive program success and revenue growth.
Works to grow, develop, and maintain new key client relationships that directly support the overall organizational growth plans.
Develop and manage budgets, P&L, forecasts, and key performance indicators for this division.
Lead efforts through influence to drive forward strategic initiatives, projects, and process changes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Drive business expansion efforts in existing and new markets, contributing to our overall growth objectives.
Coordinate and promote internal accreditation courses for service teams, establishing path to licensure, and improving our efficiencies in the field.
Provides leadership toward enhancing and streamlining existing processes in support of FEWA's practices and activities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in plumbing and HVAC management, including program/process development and business growth.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully launching and scaling new business initiatives.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Proven ability to leverage customer databases for strategic planning and development.
Understanding of digital marketing and customer outreach through digital channels to drive revenue growth
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Qualifications (preferred):
Plumbing and Mechanical State License (FL)
