The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of interior construction projects, with a focus on restaurant buildouts and renovations. This role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior construction, particularly in restaurant settings, and will coordinate with project managers, designers, and vendors to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the construction process for interior projects, with a focus on restaurants.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes throughout the construction process.

Manage material deliveries and on-site logistics to avoid delays.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent, preferably with restaurant or interior construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors effectively.
