Employee Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary $120k-$170k, DOE

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in heavy civil construction with an emphasis in private site development, public works, heavy highway, and Underground Utilities (storm, sewer, water)
Experience with CalTrans preferred
Experience with managing mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site concrete projects
Microsoft Office Suite
HCSS (Heavybid Software), Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred
4-year degree in a relevant field
Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills
