Job Description:

Administrator / Scheduler
  • Location: Anaheim
  • Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr
  • Monday - Friday
  • Temp to Hire

Job Duties:
  • -Heavy scheduling of vendors/sub contractors
  • -constant coordination with clients on upcoming arrivals
  • -Collecting progress payments from insurance carriers or home owners
  • -Project Coordinating and Admin duties

Qualifications:
  • -Experience working for a general contractor / construction experience
  • -Ability to multitask and work fast paced if needed
  • -Experience handling phone calls, questions/inquires and data entry
